Botmap for iPhone collects no data.
The developer receives nothing from the app: no account, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising.
What the app does
It shows the questions your own AI agents, run by Botmap on your Mac, are waiting on, and sends your answers back. It connects only to your own Mac, at the address in the pairing code Botmap on your Mac shows, for example over your own Tailscale network. Nothing passes through a server of ours.
Dictation
When you tap the microphone, your iPhone writes down what you say with Apple’s speech recognition, on the device where it can (Apple’s privacy policy applies). The recording is not kept and goes nowhere else; only the text you send goes to your Mac.
Camera
The camera is used only to read the pairing code. No picture is taken or kept.
On the phone
The app keeps your Mac’s address, and the pairing key in the Keychain, so it can reconnect. Pair again or delete the app to remove them.
Botmap for Mac
Botmap for Mac runs on your Mac and keeps your map there. It reads the chats your agents keep on your Mac only to show and import them. If you set up an OpenAI key for dictation on the Mac, what you dictate there is sent to OpenAI to be written down (OpenAI’s privacy policy applies).
